3. Market Fees: To keep the server running and ensure smooth operations, a 33% Arcana Fee is applied to each sale. 30% if you are vip.
   For example, if you sell an item for 50 $ Coins, you’ll receive 33.5 $Coins after the fee. The reason of Arcana 33% fees:
